"Movements after Muybridge" is a series that presents a series of animations for Praxinoscope based on the stop-motion films of Eadweard Muybridge. Just as each Praxinoscope has a different shape from the others, each frame of the original film has been carefully retouched to change the action and purpose of the story it tells. The aim of the animations is to represent the peripheral social emancipation movements that have resisted the repressive expansion of the center.
